    How do I get referred for work with Local 74? 

    1. If you are NOT a member of Local 74 - Do NOT request a login credential for our website. This is for members only and you will be declined.  
    2. Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform tasks requiring moderate physical ability.
    3. We are NOT your employer.   This is very important.
    4. Do you have a resume and cover letter? - If not start here. Note Work Experience, Certifications, Education, Licenses relevant to stagehand work i.e. OSHA 10 or 30, CHRO training, ETCP Certification for Rigging or Electrical etc....   
    5. Who/How were you referred to us?   Note that in your cover letter. 
    6. This process will NOT guarantee you an application to our Hiring Hall or work referrals
    7. Send your cover letter and resume to info@iatse74.org     
    8. If we have the need for overhires then you will be contacted by Call Steward.

    The Suffolk County PBA mourns the line-of-duty death of Kentucky State Police Trooper Hayden Phillips, who was shot and killed while conducting a traffic stop on I-65 in Warren County. The suspect fled the scene but was apprehended several hours later in Louisville and charged with the murder of a first responder.

    Suffolk PBA Welcomes the San Francisco Police Officers Association

    Yesterday, the San Francisco Police Officers Association made a full-day visit to Suffolk County for a day focused on fellowship, shared experiences, and strengthening the bonds between police organizations. During their visit, the San Francisco Union toured several Suffolk County commands and spent time engaging in great conversations with Suffolk PBA Board members and officers.

    Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Trust Good News for Pension Participants This update is for Local 58 members and retirees covered by the Western Conference pension plan. The 33% bonus accrual has been extended through 2027. Covered work performed in 2027 will earn an accrual rate of 1.6% of contributions, compared with the standard rate of 1.2%.
